Joe Rogan and Spotify renew massive podcast deal

Spotify has renewed its licensing agreement with Joe Rogan, whose podcast remains the number one show on the platform - and in the world. As reported by The Wall Street Journal, the multi-year agreement is valued at around $250 million, allowing new episodes of The Joe Rogan Experience to appear on Spotify and across other platforms each week.
The renewal builds on the lucrative relationship between Spotify and Rogan that began with an exclusive streaming agreement for The Joe Rogan Experience in 2020. The company later allowed the show to be distributed to YouTube, Apple, and other podcasting platforms as part of its 2024 deal with Rogan.
