Meta releases Muse Wonder, its first frontier model for personal and professional agents
Meta’s Superintelligence Lab launched Muse Wonder and Muse Wonder Full, its first frontier-class models, emphasizing Active Memory and long-running agent work. Wonder is available via the Meta Model API and Muse Code; Wonder Full is limited to Muse Code subscribers.

Meta’s Superintelligence Lab introduced Muse Wonder and Muse Wonder Full, describing them as the company’s first frontier models and a major step toward personal superintelligence. According to Meta’s research blog and TechCrunch, the models target personal and professional agentic tasks rather than competing only on short chat benchmarks.
Muse Wonder is available through the Meta Model API and Muse Code; Muse Wonder Full is available only to Muse Code subscribers and will not be served through the API. Wonder will soon power experiences in the Muse agent, rolling out first to subscribers, and will also drive more demanding artifact generation.
What Meta is emphasizing
Meta says the Wonder series combines Active Memory — carrying important user context across conversations and retrieving relevant details — with Active Focus, the ability to keep working toward hard goals, try alternatives, clear blockers and check in before important actions. On MemoryBench, Meta says Muse Wonder outscores Fable, Opus and Astra.
TechCrunch reported that Meta’s model card shows Wonder and Wonder Full achieving benchmark scores comparable to Fable 5.1 and GPT-6 Astra. API pricing is $4 per million input tokens and $20 per million output tokens, roughly in line with GPT-6 Sol or Opus 5.5.
Training and safety
The models were trained at Meta’s gigawatt-scale Prometheus data center in Ohio. Meta calls Muse Wonder its most aligned model to date, with its strongest safeguards yet against CBRN and cyber misuse while preserving defensive cyber capabilities under its Superintelligence Scaling Framework. A fuller safety report is promised soon.
Why it matters
Wonder is Meta’s first frontier-scale release since Alexandr Wang restructured the company’s AI efforts, after earlier launches of the lighter Muse Spark model and the Muse agent. Arriving a day before Google’s Gemini 4 Argon, it underscores that the frontier race is no longer a two-lab contest.
