The morning survey debate moved into parliamentary and party statements. UBN quoted MP Sh. Byambasuren saying natural-resource revenue is not money for the government to spend and that unstable revenue is being used to grow stable spending. P. Ganzorig said cash handouts from the dividend risk inflation and that running a survey after the money is already in the budget is wrong. @m_zorigt shared MP B. Javkhlan’s line that the Oyu Tolgoi dividend should not be booked as budget revenue.
