Claire Charamnac
Claire has more than 15 years of experience in implementing programs that focus on women and girls. Prior to joining ADB, she was a program officer on the Gender Integration team at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, worked on the East Asia and Pacific gender team for the World Bank in Washington, and as a program manager for Catholic Relief Services. Claire co-founded Women LEAD, a leadership development organization for young women in Nepal, and has written several research publications. She holds a bachelor of science and a master of arts in international politics and development from Georgetown University in the US.
