Tae Hyun Lee
Tae Hyun works on the financing and financial analysis of energy projects, with a particular interest in clean energy, regional power connectivity, and managing risks that can hold back investment. His work supports efforts to turn promising energy initiatives into practical and financially viable projects. Before ADB, he worked for more than 20 years in policy and commercial finance, primarily at the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, including a secondment to Shinhan Bank Vietnam. He also contributed to policy advisory work on financing for small and medium-sized businesses in several developing countries. His broader interest is in using public finance and risk-sharing tools to mobilize investment for sustainable development.
