Apple’s new M6 Mac Mini is over $100 off
Really the only negative associated with the new M6-powered Mac Mini is its high price.

Really the only negative associated with the new M6-powered Mac Mini is its high price. While the last-gen model debuted at just $599, the faster, but mostly unchanged 2026 edition starts at $899 — except for right now. You can grab the base model that has 256GB of storage, 16GB RAM, and a 12-core CPU and 12-core GPU for $779.99 at Amazon. This is one of many October Prime Day deals that recently surfaced.
This is the first price drop on this model. And, for context on the deal, Best Buy recently restocked the M4 version of the Mac Mini with the same amount of storage (albeit with a less performant processor with fewer cores) for $799. Don’t get that one.
