Tolga Ozden

Tolga has extensive experience in macroeconomic modeling, forecasting and scenario analysis, and contributes to the Asian Development Outlook. Before joining ADB, he was an Assistant Director at the Bank of Canada, where he led the development of the bank's new macroeconomic projection model and forecast scenarios around inflation risks. He holds a PhD in economics from the University of Amsterdam. His research spans macroeconomics and time series econometrics, with current work on the macroeconomics of inequality and of climate events such as El Niño.
